Lincoln Highway from Omaha to San Francisco on it's 100th anniversary. The Lincoln Highway opened in 1913 and stretched from New York to California, the nation's first transcontinental highway that was partially paved. Today the route is covered by modern roads like US Route 30 and 50, and in some cases runs parallel to Interstate 80, where old alignments can be seen.
